Employees

An instant but extensive call up of all employees' names and addresses, tax codes, rates of pay and gross pay-to-date figures. It's sorted alphabetically on surname and forename, or by works number, for easier processing. With Instant Payroll it's easy to change employee details and add employees (up to 10) as your business grows.

Government legislation

All current PAYE and National Insurance bands and rates are already entered for you and you can make simple changes to keep you in line if government legislation changes. Employees' tax codes and rates of pay can also be easily changed by the press of a button.

Processing payments

Pay all your employees at the touch of a button. All pay, tax and NI are calculated automatically, with payslips printed out exactly as they appear on screen. We can provide quality payroll stationery designed specifically to suit the software. There are also predefined fields which allow you to enter SSP, SMP and pension contributions.

Update

At the end of payroll processing, Instant Payroll instantly updates all employee records and adjusts year-to-date figures automatically. The program will also provide you with an essential P11 deduction card for PAYE and NI records.

Year end

Take the work and worry out of your payroll year end with Instant's year end option. The option instantly produces all statutory forms (P35, P11 and P14/P60), and clears the year-to-date figures ready to process the first payroll of the new tax year.

Reports

Instant Payroll saves you time by getting your payroll right first time. It provides you with a number of specifically designed reports, including payslips, payments summaries, cash analysis and average earnings reports ready for immediate use. These can be displayed, printed, filed or previewed.

Company

Use the Company option to store company information on all your employees including: bank details or notes and coins to use, retirement ages, payment types (including basic pay, overtime, bonuses, etc.) and adjustment types.
